 IT’S A MATTER OF PRIDE

Created ,Written and Directed by Kathy Renna.
Additional music by Don Tipton and Susan Peloni. This award-winning show FOR KIDS - BY KIDS is an original, contemporary, high-energy Musical that is interactive, fun, educational and inspirational. IT’S A MATTER OF PRIDE is drug and Violence Prevention thru the Arts with an emphasis on Health, Nutrition, Physical Fitness and the powerful effect of Family!  The style and format of our show is unique.  Each cast of  IT’S A MATTER OF PRIDE is comprised of 15-20 Kids which are featured as an “Ensemble” and are on stage the entire show and are in every number.  Our Performers will be separated into several casts. 
A Little Bit about PRIDE:   IT’S A MATTER OF PRIDE focuses on 4 Life Themes:  
Living Drug Free, Living Safe, Living Healthy, and Living Together!
IT’S A MATTER OF PRIDE was the recipient of grants from the NJ Department of Health for several years and was also the recipient of the prestigious grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, NJ Health Initiatives!  PRIDE’S TIME HAS COME!        THE TIME IS RIGHT IN AMERICA!   IT’S A SHOW FOR KIDS……. WITH A “SOCIAL CONSCIENCE!”  It is time for PRIDE TO BE A LONG-RUNNING OFF-BROADWAY SHOW “For Kids…By Kids!”! Perfect for Class Trips Also!

A FABULOUS SHOW! “BROADWAY KIDS” is an incredible show that was created and designed by Kathy Renna!  Every person dreams of singing a solo.  This is his/her chance!   No matter what a performer’s age, ability or training is …“each performer gets the opportunity to sing a solo!” Our performers are separated into different age groups and into separate shows. Together with our directors, each soloist will choose and perform a show-stopping musical number. Be a part of “BROADWAY KIDS!” An educational, memorable and highly rewarding show for everyone!   Tentatively Scheduled for Early June 2011
